1. When making plans to meet up with friends, you …
Let them decide where to go because chances are I won’t spend the whole evening out with them anyway.
Text back and forth until I can decide on the perfect hot spot.
Play eeny-meeny-miney-mo, flip a coin, draw straws—wherever I end up, I’ll have a good time.
Plan the whole itinerary from dinner to drinks and dancing—even an after-hours option.
Have to plan months in advance because I’m hardly ever in town.

2. If running late for something, you …
Try to be no more than 10 minutes late. Any more is a little rude.
Take two seconds to send a preprogrammed text that says “B thr in 5, xx!” to whomever I’m meeting.
Late? That never happens because I don’t subscribe to society’s definition of time.
Must be in an alternate universe, as tardiness is so not my thing.
Don’t get too flustered. Travel delays are just part of my day-to-day.
