Chef of award-winning restaurants Bolo and Mesa Grill, he also hosts numerous Food Network television shows and appears regularly as a guest on CBS's The Early Show.
His books include Boy Meets Grill with Bobby Flay, Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill Cookbook, and Bobby Flay Cooks American.
